FIRST stands for “For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology”. Through this organization, students learn Core Values and real-world skills as they compete in robot games. Our favorite sayings that describe FIRST are “The hardest fun you’ll ever have” and “The only sport where everyone can go pro.” To learn more about FIRST, check out http://www.firstinspires.org

FIRST LEGO League encompasses different levels from pre-k to age 14 in the USA, or in some countries, 16. At the Challenge level (ages 9-14), competition includes not only the robot game, but also a project that solves a real-world problem related to the theme of that season’s game. Come back to this page soon for examples of our team’s previous projects. Meanwhile, more information can be found here: https://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/fll
