On several occasions, we have raised awareness of the FIRST programs and robotics in general, all while raising money for the team. Belks provides a charity program that allows customers to buy coupons from nonprofits, for discounts on purchases. Our team members spent several hours over multiple days, allowing Belk’s customers to drive our robot and hear about the FIRST programs.
